We would strongly recommend staying at this hotel. Amazing location, beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms and good service made our stay here a great one! The hotel was full and reception was extremely busy when we were checking in. It seemed overwhelming at first, however it all went smoothly. It is a massive hotel. Our room was on the higher floors and we had nice views. The rooms are really good size and had all the amenities that are needed. Our rooms had some nice views t

A wonderful bar experience curated by attentive bartenders. My intended ‘one drink’ became a 3hr visit thanks to some great conversations with fellow guests and the warm hospitality shown to a wide range of people by the staff. Shout out to Anna who was welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. Great chatting. The decor is a little stark in bright white, and the seating could do with some thoughtful upgrade both in design and positioning, but I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will be returning

To the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre Team, I would like to take a moment to share my feedback—something I do not usually do, but this experience truly deserves it. I always stay at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre, as it is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I travel extensively. My husband worked for Air Canada, so traveling has been a significant part of our lives, and I have experienced hotels all around the world. From check-in to the guest room, breakfast at the ONE Restaur

I stayed here for two tonights and for the most part I really enjoyed my stay. The location is good and a short walk from the seawall. The room I stayed in was good and I enjoyed the views from my floor. The gym downstairs is good but one of the weights room was a little packed. The only issue I had was with parking. My partner wasn't able to pay for parking the first night and the lady behind the desk explained he had to wait until the next day to pay. So he waited and after he paid, he got dow

Extremely Inflexible Management – Lost NTD 130,000 despite 5 months' notice I strongly advise against booking this hotel due to their absolute lack of empathy and rigid management. I booked this hotel 6 months in advance. Due to an unforeseen force majeure event within my family, I had to request a date change (not a cancellation) for my stay. I reached out to the hotel 5 months before the actual check-in date—a very reasonable timeframe. Despite the fact that: I provided 5 months' notice.
