Very good hotel, staff were super nice and helpful, good variety of choices for break fast,big and clean rooms the spa was nice jacuzzi was a bit weak and I only suggest better maintenance and cleaning for the swimming pool

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! The genuine hospitality from all the staff really enhanced our experience. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. We especially loved eating at La Cabrera and having drinks at Jacaranda Garden Bar. Both accessible through the hotel! Also very close to Plaza Independencia and other great restaurants. Excellent location and view from higher floor rooms.

I actually quite liked this hotel. Nice staff, good location and an excellent shared restaurant with a Hilton Curio property next store. I had an unusual occurence with my laptop and housekeeping. I won't know till I get home and determine if it can be repaired and exactly what is wrong. Management was sure I must have done something wrong. I don't think leaving a laptop out when you are out of the room is a safe practice anymore.
