I was worried about booking here due to the bad reviews but we have had a great experience. We had a partial sea view room with a bathtub/shower. Plenty of towels. You can ask for a range of amenities including robes and slippers. The room was clean apart from one stain on the carpet. Room had its own iron and ironing board. Power outlets are 110v bear that in mind for hair straighteners especially from the UK. There was a smart tv but the apps wernt updated so we couldnt use them. The breakfa

The hotel is in a prime location, but the staff are not very professional. I checked in on my birthday, and the front desk didn’t even mention it. The rooms were not good, and I had to change rooms twice. The shower water was cold, so I had to take a cold shower. On the positive side, the hotel has a couple of good restaurants, and the tours are very good. Also, the front desk information is not always accurate, so you should double-check anything they tell you.
