We have just completed our second visit to the hotel. We found the first trip enjoyable but the second trip was amazing. The hotel is situated on the beach and we spent 4 sun soaked days lazing about while hotel staff looked after our every need. From placing sunbeds and umbrellas near the water for us, to serving lunch on the beach and supplying much needed cocktails late in the afternoon. The service at dinner in the restaurant was just as good and every moment was enjoyable. The bathrooms cou

I stayed at Serena 2 years ago and had the greatest most memorable experience that I wanted to stay again when I was just in Uruguay for business this December. Disappointed by my stay to say the least.. it felt like things really went downhill, food especially. I never would have stayed here had I know the room that I booked was as small as it was. You truly could not move comfortably and the bed was a twin.. and felt even smaller. The price for the product.. not worth it. There was also mold o
