Staff extremely helpful & friendly. Chose this hotel as opposite the bus station & close to tram & train lines. 700m from shopping mall. Bed was comfortable & the room was an adequate size. Good selection of hotel & cold foods at breakfast including some gluten free & vegan. I had a delicious meal in the Roast restaurant on 13th floor. Few minor points: A small cooling fan wouldve been welcome as I found the room too hot even when thermostat was at its lowest setting. The room doesn't have a sa

Good hotel, it’s a solid choice for your trip to Bergen! You’ll have to walk about 1km to get to the main tourist areas. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing. Based on the price of food in the area, it’s worth adding breakfast onto your stay. The only thing I didn’t like is that our room had no window to the outdoors, just glass that faced into the hotel (maybe it was an option to pay extra to avoid this? I’ve posted a photo of what I mean.). The curtain didn’t fully cover the window into
