Felt very safe, staff is so pleasant they will do anything to accommodate your needs. Staff will call a taxi for you. They have laundry service. If you are not feeling well they bring your included breakfast to your room. Very clean place.

Nice accommodations in a very good neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is consistently good and the staff is friendly. Some rooms may need some maintenance for only cosmetic, beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious and clean. It has an underground garage with a tight entrance, but safe and convenient.

Amazing hotel. Room was clean, the view was wonderful, and the food was great! David, one of the front desk staff, was super helpful and kind. The jacuzzi in our room was nice and relaxing. The shower water was nice and warm. There were quite a few restaurants around so we didn't have to take a taxi as much. The hotel was about a 10 to 20 minute walk to the center of Cuenca. Loved how calm it was around the hotel at night. Would definitely stay here next time we go back to Cuenca.
