Absolutely better than expected! Amazing customer service from check in to check out. Their thoughtful touches and attentive staff went above and beyond. Perfectly located within walking distance to everything you need. Very convenient location across the street from the metro 10, street exit 3. Easy transfer from line 2 from PVG. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and safe. View from my room was more than I could have asked for. Having stayed here only 2 nights, I highly recommend and

Room is clean. Mattress normal hardness. Got espresso machine. Service and breakfast is very good but not as good as other equivalent hotel. Location is good as whose who is more energetic can walk around yuyuan at night. Swimming pool is really small not too appealing. No sauna, but got steam room. Overall recommended.
