My new favorite Dallas (ok, Plano) hotel. I'm in and out town quite a bit these days: to see my mom in memory care and for biz trips thru DFW. This hotel is my go-to. There are a few reasons: -- great rooms -- good price -- great location--near the tollway to the airport and plenty of restaurants/bars within walking distance. But...the #1 reason? The staff. I'll have to go through some old emails to find other names, but today I was helped by Matsun. Just an all-around 5-star customer experie

This is a beautiful hotel that is impeccably clean and has a beautiful ambiance. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. But more than anything, you cannot beat this location. There are so many great restaurants and stores in walking distance. I look forward to staying here again and would recommend to anyone in the DFW area.
