The best and friendliest service I have experienced in hotel management in Estonia so far. I was welcomed very warmly at check-in and each time I approached the reception with questions or concerns, I was greeted with a smile and received polite and helpful service. As a Radisson Rewards member I was also offered some lovely perks. The room was quite spacious, comfortable and clean, and breakfast was generally great, though some notes and recommendations were sent as feedback. There is a nice li

The rooms are quiet and tidy. The bed was comfortable, the room had nice lighting. The only inconvenience was the bathroom: it was difficult to get into the shower, the protective wall was in the way near the sink. Breakfast - good ☕️

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The views of the old town were absolutely amazing and really added to the experience. The spa facilities on the 26th floor—especially the sauna, swimming pool and gym—were incredible, and the breakfast was excellent as well. One thing to note: if you plan to use the spa, sauna, and gym throughout the day, it’s advisable to upgrade your room. Standard rooms only include morning access to these facilities. Also, be aware that parking comes at an additional c
