Amazing hotel! Weirdly, I LOVE the scent that they ventilate throughout their hotels. It’s one of my favourite experiences and something that I oddly look forward to, because no matter if it’s Shanghai or Manila, smelling that scent always triggers a good feeling that I will be having a good rest and enjoying my stay at Shangri-La. The buffets are delicious and the rooms feel luxurious. I always feel spoiled staying at a Shangri-La property.
