Just had a staycation at the Parmelia Hilton - I had one last January at another hotel, which was nice, but not as nice as the Hilton! From the moment I checked in, the service was first class, I was messaged how things were going by the concierge, and my king room had a view of King's Park! Samuels on Mill also puts on a great breakfast buffet, and I also got to try their take on a Big Mac for lunch - yum yum! As for the pool area - loved cooling off after exploring my city and surrounds on

Friendly staff and service. The room is very clean and comfortable. We ordered room service. The food is expensive, as you would expect, but it was certainly delicious and satisfying. A good range of options on the menu. Disappointing though that there are no minibar snacks and drinks available in the fridge. There was only milk for the tea and coffee. Is that a new trend in hotel rooms? Other than that, our stay was very good.
