We had a great stay at the Paradox Hotel Vancouver. The hotel itself is modern and well designed, and the rooms are very well appointed. What really stood out, though, was the staff. At every level, everyone we dealt with was friendly, attentive, and efficient throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we will definitely stay here again when visiting Vancouver. Other hotels could take a lesson from Paradox when it comes to delivering a positive guest experience.

My partner and I stayed here for one night after our long flight from the UK (and before heading to Whistler the next morning). The location is pretty simple to get to from the airport which was helpful after a tiring day of travelling. The staff were very friendly and the valet parking attendants were really lovely as well (which included complimentary waters before setting off the next morning). The location is beautifully designed and the room was smart and spacious - definitely a standout f
