My friend and I stayed here for a couple of nights to check out the Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience at Stanley Park, the rooms are nice, the entrance to the Skytrain station is at the ground level which makes it easier to access instead of going outside, the customer service was friendly, the outdoor pool is great and it's nice and heated to go in even in the winter months so guests can enjoy swimming in the day and under the night sky. It's also near the terminal for cruise travelle

I would say this place is fantastic!! We had a family trip to Vancouver with a three year old kid. We booked a double-bed room but decided to upgrade to a suite when we arrived there. The suite had one king bed and one sofa bed, which perfectly fits for us. The room is clean and comfortable, especially the mattress. Also, the view from the hotel is amazing. We love the staffs there, they are very friendly and nice. My kid left a bottle of milk in the dining area, the lady there kept it and retur
