We loved the location near San Basilio where our small cruise ship docked and we could take a 5-min walk to the hotel easily with our luggage. We also loved the Vaporetti/water taxi stop stop withing a couple of minutes of the hotel to easily get around Venice. The staff was warm, professional, and inviting upon check-in. The loft style room was excellent for our family of 5 staying in the city. Excellent!

The hotel is great. It’s in a quiet part of Venice but very walkable to the main parts. The staff there is top notch. If you request or require anything to the room, it is delivered quickly. The staff were extremely helpful in making sure you have the best stay. Normally we’re not hotel breakfast people but I recommend you eat here for breakfast. Great food options to start the day.

Absolutly beautful property! Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Truly wanted us to get the most out of our time in Venice and reached out via Whatapp multiple times before our arrival to ensure we knew the best options to get to the hotel from the train station and offered to book tours or recommend attractions in Venice. We had to depart about 4:30 in the morning to make our flight, they arranged our transportation to the airport and gave us each breakfast bags for the next
