I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during a work conference. The staff were gracious and courteous. The rooms were spacious and clean with beautiful views. Excellent food is available in the coffee shop and restaurant. During my flight home, I realized I didn’t have an important item. Mr Olivo, a leader in loss prevention, diligently looked for my missing item until it was found. He promptly expedited delivery to my home address. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

Our overall experience was exceptional. From the valet greeting to checkout, every staff interaction was wonderful. Samantha welcomed me with a warm "Happy Birthday," and I was delighted to find a dessert and beverages waiting in my room. Mark, our waiter and bartender for both nights, provided excellent service. Although it was disappointing that the spa was closed, as that was a main reason I chose this hotel for my birthday staycation, I truly appreciated Samantha upgrading our room to make u
