A VERY CHARMING AND QUAINT HOTEL LOCATED BY THE WATER WITH A MAGNIFICENT VIEW! A VERY EFFECTIVE STAFF THAT HELPED US IN ANYTHING THAT WE NEEDED, JAWAHER AND GHULAM WERE SPECTACULAR AND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL/I HAD A MASSAGE WHICH WAS WONDERFUL WITH HOT STONES AS WELL! THE BREAKFASTS INCLUDED OMELETTES AND MY FAVORITE ITEM, SMOKED SALMON! THE BEAUTY OF THE HOTEL IS THAT THE HISTORIC AREA OF YANBU IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE AND A GREAT WAY TO VIEW THE LOVELY CITY OF YANBU! MY COMPLIMENTS TO THE OWN

There was a problem with the room, so they upgraded us to a suite room immediately. This is our fourth stay over here. Each time, the experience and expectations exceeded. Starting from Mr Mohammed Alhuweiti and the front desk. Later Mr Mishary Al Ghamdi, and the support staff Mr Ghulam and Mr Shojol did more than their duty called for to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is very near to the sea with a beautiful view.
