From the moment we arrived at the Novotel Suites in Colmar to when we left was an absolutely wonderful experience. Djamila welcomed us and let us know our room was not ready yet, but made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of in the lobby/kids area until we were able to go upstairs. The personalized touches of having cookies at the welcome, small gifts and coloring for the children as well as many other details made the experience that much better.
