Staff and hotel room were amazing. We had our 6 month old puppy Weimaraner with us & staff were super helpful. My only complaint was not being able to take our giant puppy to breakfast as unable to leave alone as we didn't have the crate. Maybe have a part of the bar designated would be great

I had a really lovely stay at Novotel Edinburgh City Centre. Check‑in was smooth, my Accor membership was recognised straight away, and I was offered a late checkout. When I got to my room, there were welcome chocolates and a box of Scottish breakfast tea waiting for me, which was such a nice touch. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I also enjoyed the amenities — I tried the pool and sauna, and I used my free welcome drink at the bar where the staff were genuinely friendly a

Nice Short building. Breakfast is enjoyable with lots of options and you get to make your own waffle (its not that big). Nice location on the centre of the city. Around are some famous landmarks like Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. Pool is not long but can be enjoyable. Children under 16s are not permitted to use the jacuzzi/spa and sauna.
