We were at the hotel for three days. A great hotel. We are regular guests at the hotel and enjoy it every time. Good and comfortable prices. We arrive and immediately give a good feeling. The staff is great. The service is wonderful. The breakfast is varied. The hotel is centrally located.

Loved everything in this hotel. I thought it was 5 star, since the experience was excellent. After check out i saw it was 4! Perfect and clean room, complimentary tea, coffee water in room. The bed so good I wake up late for my conference 😂😂 I also can't tell nothing for breakfast, since I woke up late and missed it! Dinner and lunch Perfect. Loved everything in this hotel. Didn't had the opportunity to use pool because of my business obligations and I feel so bad. Well done all the staff, Perf

Had another lovely stay at the Novotel Bucharest City Centre. Room was comfortable and clean as always (they never disappoint!). The bar menu is very good. You have to try the burger! Catalin and Monica will always be around if you have any questions. Breakfast has loads of choices from fresh to cooked food. Teodora and Cristi welcomed me in the breakfast area and gave me a quick overview of the choices while I grabbed a coffee. It’s always a pleasure to stay at this hotel.
