Been living here for about a year now, it’s a wonderful place to live. The concrete walls make it so you never hear your neighbours or anything on the street. The amenities are very nice and updated, the building is in general very secure with a fob security system. The building manager is very friendly and there for anything you need. The location is perfect, just off the Granville bridge, on Granville street, and right next to Yaletown. Highly recommend this building to anyone who is looking f

Modern downtown location. Apartments have laundry and dishwasher in suite. Big windows- we have a view which is nice. Friendly helpful management. They quickly address any issues and helped me super fast when I lost my key once. The staff cleaner keeps it nice and clean. Secure feeling and there is parking available and a share car service and storage locker

Been living here for half a year now. I enjoy living here. The apartment is nice and cozy with all the essentials (laundry and dishwasher) included. The building manager is also friendly and approachable. The building itself is also very safe. I like this place.
