Excellent

Every time I am in Oudomxay province I always stay at Namkat resort. I've been here several times now and every time it just keeps improving on everything. Stepping into this property is like stepping into a piece of paradise. The reception hall has right and beautiful ethnic touches. And then you step out into this beautiful oasis with a swimming pool and picture of us backdrop of lush mountains, and a sound of the river that is back into you to stay and relax. One of the stand out of this resort is the general manager, Benjamin. He is just an exceptional human being with so much energy and heart. Whatever it is that you need he will hardly make it happen for you. He's very attentive to his guests and he is so good with his staff. If he's not ever at this resort, I don't think I would wanna come back honestly. My family really liked him a lot too and so impressive that a French man speaks fluent Lao and have immerse himself into the culture and it's not just about his work here in this country. The food here is really delicious. Both the fair and the western fair. Great choices and to be honest their fish wrapped that we had was probably the best in Laos. It was so yummy. I substituted tilapia for the Seabass and always get that healthy dish whenever we come back here. Breakfast was great with so much varieties to choose from one of my family was happy with all the selections. We loved and enjoyed the excursions on the ATV and then doing the rope bridges and seeing the waterfall. And the new addition the overview look at was just amazing. Worth the hike up there I can't say enough good things about this resort. Another truly incredible thing that keeps me coming back is the Khmu village right next-door to the resort. You get to truly immerse yourself with the culture in the people when you visit the village. Last time I was there I prepared dinner for the villagers and they danced and performed for us. It was so memorable. My kids still talk about it to this day. I plan on doing that again in a few months when I go with my girlfriends. To visit this heaven on earth resort is to no peace and joy.
