Everything about Mollie’s lived up to its expectations I heard on social media and it was amazing. Started our night in the studio IV which is such an epic bar, I never seen some amazing craftsmanship of making drinks on the bar and quality goes into them - highly respected! Had such a great experience at Mollie’s Manchester Diner. The food was amazing. The cocktails were genuinely really good too. Shout out to Jacob, our server in the diner, he was incredibly polite, friendly, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. We also spent some time in the downstairs bar and Archie was brilliant there, great service and such a good vibe. Overall, amazing food, great drinks, and staff who really make the experience. Will definitely be back!

The whole experience was incredible from start to finish. I’ve been waiting for Mollies to open in Manchester for months now so was excited to try. I had the feather steak cooked rare which was amazing, seasoned to perfection and cooked perfectly. My partner had the chicken waffle which he demolished.
