The hotel is located just 15 mins walk to Perth city center. It's in a quiet neighbourhood. It's very secured having you need to tab your room card to enter the hotel or the parking area. The room are big enough with all the amenities that you need. A self service laundry room on the 5th floor ( Payable). Free limited parking on a first come first served. Only downside, WiFi is intermittent. A shout out to all the staffs, especially the front desk, are wonderful and accommodating. The free Cat b

Not a great experience. We booked for 2 nights for a family of 4. Positivies: Beds were very comfy, and if you book direct the parking is free (only limited bays available for vehicle over 2mtrs, so get in early). Staff were lovely and very professional. Negatives: The rooms smelled musty and there was a damp spot under the A/c unit. The only lighting is the main ceiling light, the "lamps" above the bed had no globs. Theres no power points near the beds or desk. In the bathroom, there was hair
