Amazing hotel, the staff are very friendly and kind to us. As my husband had an operation and can not eat, the kitchen made it easy for me r him to eat. We are still here and feel very relaxed. The food is very good clean tasty and well presented. The entertainment staff are friendly too. I have never played darts, they made me feel as if I was very good. I also had a very relaxing time in the spa as my husband is recovering from his op. I must not forget the gym. will return in July hopefully.

We had such an amazing time at the hotel, we received an amazing room on the 9th floor as a suite. The service at all areas (bars, restaurants) was exquisite, everyone is so so friendly and helpful. Victoria and Leonie at the guest services, the maid who cleaned our room everyday, the staff at the bar and main restaurant. And our maid Tugba was amazing, thanks for the good service. I am sorry to not catch all their names but a big thanks. The food options are great, breakfast is a treat everyday
