Had a great, memorable trip to shanghai and stayed in the mandarin oriental in pudong. Very amazing value for a mandarin oriental. Lobby was beautifully decorated but quite busy at all times. spa was great and very large lobby. service was great. Only issue is it is not close nor too far from where everything is in pudong like IFC mall etc. You ideally would need to catch either a shuttle bus (which is free from the hotel) or get a didi which is fine and easy in China. overall great

Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai As a true MO fan, this stay once again reminded me why Mandarin Oriental remains so special and consistently sets itself apart. We stayed in the Harbour City Suite (67 sqm, North Bund River View) outer - connected to the Club Mandarin River View King Room (61 sqm), and both were absolutely flawless.
