One of the best hotels in Khamis Mushait in terms of cleanliness, tranquility, reasonable price, and the kind and respectful treatment from the employee Abdulmohsen Al-Qahtani. He is truly generous and hospitable.

It was a wonderful and successful experience. A wonderful 5-day stay. I would like to thank the palace staff, including the two cleaning staff. I would also like to thank and appreciate the receptionist, Ms. Abeer, for her courteous conversation, polite behavior, and high-class reception, as befits the hotel. I wish her success and prosperity. I would also like to thank the Saudi man on night duty for his excellent treatment of the guests.
