I booked the hotel through Chase edit program. Upon checking in, our room was upgraded with a nice Navy Pier view and we received a “goodie bag” with hotel credits. Kids also received surprise toys that they enjoyed during the stay. Friendly and relax hotel for us to stay over one of the coldest weekend in Chicago.

I parked in the garage below this hotel this weekend (frigid Chicago weekend!) and my car battery died. Arturo and Moris (I didn't catch the spelling) came out into the garage to help me with the car and managed to get it started. I was so grateful for them taking the extra step to help us out! (I'd love to send them each a small gift card, if someone from Loews sees this and can contact me, that would be awesome!)
