Late review. Stayed at the resort at the end of July 2025 for 7 nights. Excellent trip away with family. Staff were excellent and rooms as expected. We had a duplex room and this was perfect for us giving us all space and privacy when needed. We're vegetarian and there was plenty of choice of food and desserts available for us with different food and themes provided every day. My wife also enjoyed the spa too!

Very nice and friendly atmosphere, amazing palms and beautiful outside the hotel, pools are amazing. They welcome new guests very nicely, helps with luggage from a taxi and helps at the reception dest, comes with drinks while organising papers. Palms at the reception hall are amazing, so beautiful decorated for Christmas. On the 24th arrangements was good, decorations, live music, dances, drinks and sweets. Santa Claus for kids. We enjoyed kids club as well, they could play there without pare
