Another good stay at this chain of Hotels. Lovely rooms, comfy beds and everything you need to hand. Iron,ironing board,hairdryer etc. The lobby and reception area was so pretty when we walked in, all kitted out for Christmas, beautiful, warm and inviting as are the staff.

Clean, comfortable, and easily walkable to/from just about anything you would want to do in the city centre. Restaurant made my life easier due to the convenience. Decently priced, considering all this! I would especially like to recognize manager Sandra for being so warm and accommodating! This really makes someone feel welcome when they are far from home. :)

Comfortable, spotlessly clean hotel room, booked at short notice. Our double room was rather oddly upgraded to a double +1, but it was roomy and we appreciated the extra tea and coffee this brought! A good solid breakfast offering, though we can't comment on the other food as we didn't eat lunch or dinner here. The reception staff were great - friendly and efficient. Ideally placed for transport links and events at Central.
