I want to start off my saying this is hotel is provides beyond excellent service. The hotel manager Ngurah Suartana personally greeted us on arrival which is something I’ve never experienced. You could sense his genuine passion for customer satisfaction and the way the hotel was managed it was evident. Every staff member was kind and soft spoken. A friend and I stayed over at La Reserve for 2nights in Dec. The in-house massage was impeccable; best I had during my time in Bali (no noise; immaculate service; private room w perfect ambiance). I would suggest offering a greater discount for subsequent bookings. Daily breakfast (unlimited; we enjoyed it even up to 3pm post breakfast and massage outside on our last day) was a real treat. One of the highlights of our Bali trip. Every aspect of our stay felt thoughtfully and meticulously curated. Our Hilton status was recognized at check-in with a beautiful room upgrade and a welcome drink which was a much-needed gesture after hours of flight delays. The hotel grounds, pool, and restaurant are impeccably designed and incredibly peaceful. Breakfast was also delicious. We ordered an avocado toast dish with smoked salmon (I can’t recall the exact name; it was Italian) and it was ric
