I was very happy with my stay here. Around 2 days before checking in, I was contacted via WhatsApp with full details of how to check in (there is no front desk), codes for the doors, WiFi details, when they’re available via WhatsApp, amenities available and asking if I had any specific needs during my stay. We spent six wonderful days at La Casona del Monumento. While the hotel doesn't have a permanent reception, the WhatsApp support was always attentive and very quick.
