A luxury room, no slippers, water, or toothbrush. The mattresses are sagging, and if you stain the towels or robe, you pay double the price. There's not even an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The dining room is disgusting! It's cramped, the food is unappetizing, and the staff is untrained. They skimped on everything! 38,000 tenge for a room, shame on you! The treatment is excellent, the girls are great! Study at the Zhanakorgan sanatorium, a luxury room.

We arrived at the Koktem sanatorium for vacation in November 2025, and I was so disappointed that I even decided to write a review, even though I rarely write them. The rooms are simply trash: broken faucets, constantly leaking water in the toilet. The doors are shabby; people pay a lot of money and live in such shabby rooms.
