Really helpful and friendly reception staff. I was initially double-booked, but they went the extra mile to help request a free cancellation for one of the bookings, which I really appreciated. They also helped me book tickets to Fansipan, making everything super convenient. The location is excellent — close to the Alpine Coaster, Moana, and Cat Cat Village. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with superb views. Overall, great value for money. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great stay here. From the location, room, great breakfast buffet, and friendly staffs specially at Dao Spa. I also want to thank the lady in the reception who wears prescription glasses for being nice. And of course the hardworking ladies who always clean our room. The free Afternoon tea was amazing!. Overall, I can say the staff here are friendly and it is easy to communicate. Ti'll next time!!👌🏼
