Kimpton Gray did not disappoint us. We were welcomed with great reception, smooth check-in, nice scented room. There are great services available for daily social events for free drinks. We were surprised for a complimentary snacks by the manager as well! Location of the hotel is also great for those planning to explore the Chicago downtown, either by walking or with subways. We felt luxury without the price. Highly recommended!

location is super central downtown which is great if you want tourist shopping areas but we didn’t really so that’s on us - but it was a good deal and Kimpton is always a great stay. staff was great to us and restaurant was decent for brunch. rooftop HH was mid and ambiance was very odd but then again it is January, downtown and it was a big football weekend.. overall great place. they should get someone else to write the cards though - it’s hard to read
