Special mention to Abdelhalim Abdou for me the chef at the hotel that sets the standards and absolutely on his way to being Executive Chef . In my 20 years of working with chefs all over the world chef Abdou is one of the best that I have work with. A chef happy to collaborate and work with his customers/clients as a team, a chef who listemed and most of all cared. Lead his team efficiently and nothing was a problem for him or his team.
