I stayed there while walking Camino Lituano. Friendly staff at the reception took her time to explain everything in English, including the history of the place. Rooms are large, with minimal equipment, but with a vibe that feels like Italy. Be aware however that you can hear almost everything through the corridors, so lower your voice in the evening or at night.

Very simple accommodation at a very good price. Spotlessly clean. The building is old and the rooms have very high ceilings and this seems to amplify small sounds. That said, it was very peaceful during sleeping hours.
