Super place....while one expects Marriott experience at its properties, this one stood out. Great welcome by Prabin, warm greetings always by door woman which is genuine and heartfelt. The icing on cake was the top floor lounge. Lavish spread which changes regularly, is super delicious and tops the tastes across cuisines of all regions, local, Indian, Mediterranean, Middle East, Far East. Great service and warmth will certainly make me return again with extended family and friends for sure. An

Great hotel, the staff really went above and beyond. The food was great and the room was quiet. This is probably the best hotel I've stayed at, primarily due to the staff. Every morning Sujit would welcome me to breakfast, order my omelet, and bring me my beverage. Every evening, when I arrived back at the hotel, Sandip would welcome me, inquire about my day, and ask if there was anything I needed. My mum and I only had one night at this lovely hotel, our final destination for our trip was Bhutan so we just needed somewhere to have a layover. We had booked through our airline but our only regret is not booking directly through the hotel itself. We usually do this but we thought on this occasion it might of been easier to book it all through our airways for ease, but of course it wasn't. Lovely hotel, very busy but well polished and wonderful facilities. Spa is great, well equipped gym with sufficient machines and a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Excellent tv channel variety and room facilities including a bath and rain shower. Slightly out of the way from the main Thamel are (pros and cons).
