The customer service at the JW Marriott Dallas Arts District was phenomenal! Wow you don’t see this level of service anymore. I was facilitating a session in one their conference spaces and stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights. The check in was easy and safe after arriving on a late flight, the coffee bar service was great and especially Samantha Jimenez at the JW Steakhouse was the informative and friendly. Ms. Alexandra at the front desk made our stay especially welcoming as she was the first person we interacted with upon arrival and she set the stage for what a true luxury stay should feel like. She acknowledged our Bonvoy status and provided the amenities that came with the status we had, as they were available. With that said, we had a beautiful room on the 22nd floor with an amazing view!
