An outstanding stay from start to finish. The hotel offers stunning views, especially in the evening, which really elevate the whole experience. We stayed at the InterContinental O2 London for one night on 12/31, and overall, it was a very solid experience—especially considering it was a major holiday evening. The evening did start a bit rough. As an Ambassador member, I do expect at least basic acknowledgment when using a clearly designated Ambassador line.
