Came here for a quick weekend trip and wasn’t disappointed. The staff, especially the bell desk was extremely helpful and polite. The pool, while crowded on a weekend was a nice escape from the bitter cold. The room was clean and modern as well. My only complaints are that the elevators can get a little backed up, and that the shower door allows water to spill on the bathroom floor when showering. The location can’t be beat, as it was great to walk to the Reserve roastery in the morning. Would

Lupe was amazing when making the reservation, a true gem. We stayed in a suite for 2 nights, and it was perfect. Room was not overdone and roomy, a bathroom for us and a bathroom for our girls. Corner suite was so fun for them to see the city from many views. Small mishap, we called the hotel before we left (2 hour drive and a time zone change) and talked to Brenda who said our room was ready so we headed out.
