I'm a Marriott, Hilton rewards member so when I learned that a conference was at a Hyatt I was disappointed. Then I arrived and was very surprised. Great room, great view, great fitness room. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. And they have a Nature Hike (Stair Challenge). 34 floors. How cool is that? Would happily stay here again.

The only thing I hate about this place is the paid parking and the variable time pricing. There’s not rhyme or reason and it should just be displayed all times and prices on a chart vs check each individual time. Staff are great here and I really like staying here every time I’m in Vancouver The app makes it easy to text staff with questions. Housekeeping is alway super helpful and nice. You can use your phone as a key which is super awesome. You can check out and see your charges on your p

Loved staying here & will absolutely return. Location was perfect. Service was great! Room was so beautiful. Had an amazing sunrise view on the 28th floor. The gingerbread houses were so incredible. Absolutely prefer this hotel over the Fairmont. Will 100% return next year for a Christmas trip.
