This was my wife, daughter and I first time in this hotel and city and I must say the detail of service was amazing even prior to the trip. I called the night before to just get a understanding of the room booked and things to do in the area and gentlemen Loren Harris from the hotel just poured with knowledgable information and detail to city activity proximity and hotel. Just the level of detail I have never experienced for guests and we are World of Hyatt members and we stayed at Lake washingt

Recently stayed one night to attend the Seahawks game. Arrived at check-in and assisted by Benjamin. Super efficient and fast check in with clear instructions, very seamless process. Room was neat clean and had ample towels. Was on 26th floor, so the view was great as well. Bed is super comfortable. Water pressure great! Overall, very pleasant and very much the exceptional Hyatt Standard. Great location too! Will definitely return!
