This Hotel is unique, the architecture is brutalitist style. Has good views but has a the feel of a prison, theres not much natural light, and sounds echo in the Artrium and through out the building. Would stay here again.

Recently had a delightful one night stay at the Hyatt. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. First up was the valet parking, quick and easy, truly worth the added expense to know our vehicle was secure. We arrived fairly early in the day hoping to have our bags stored and were pleasantly surprised to be told a room could already be ready for our family. The front desk clerk was very kind and helpful. We upgraded to a suite and had a wonderful view of the Ferry Building and Bay bri

Stayed here for a few days from the East Coast. The location firstly is great. Driving can be a little intimidating so we took the driverless cars and walked, but there are a million things to see/experience right outside the hotel in walking distance/affordable ride shares. We genuinely enjoyed our time in San Francisco, and this location was a huge part of that. The valet team were sweet hearts, the service overall is incredible. Housekeeping was kind and did a fantastic job working around us.
