My girlfriend and I stayed here during New Years Eve weekend. NYE night was a bit of a nightmare around the hotel due to being next to the Reunion Tower; had to pay $50 for Valet parking as all other parking was taken. Had to wait an hour to use the elevators after fireworks due to the amount of people using them. The front desk lady was extremely kind when we checked in and provided us with complimentary mini wine bottles to celebrate. Outside of that night, our stay was nothing short of incred

I truly appreciated my experience at this hotel from check-in to check-out. Emeka welcomed me warmly and provided a clear layout of the hotel. When I encountered an issue with my room, he was quick to help me relocate without any hassle. The parking situation was a bit confusing at first, but Brandon was there to assist me, making sure I parked in the right lot without any trouble.
