My girlfriend and I stayed here during New Years Eve weekend. NYE night was a bit of a nightmare around the hotel due to being next to the Reunion Tower; had to pay $50 for Valet parking as all other parking was taken. Had to wait an hour to use the elevators after fireworks due to the amount of people using them. The front desk lady was extremely kind when we checked in and provided us with complimentary mini wine bottles to celebrate. Outside of that night, our stay was nothing short of incred

I truly appreciated my experience at this hotel from check-in to check-out. Emeka welcomed me warmly and provided a clear layout of the hotel. When I encountered an issue with my room, he was quick to help me relocate without any hassle. The parking situation was a bit confusing at first, but Brandon was there to assist me, making sure I parked in the right lot without any trouble. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the towels felt gently soft. The walls are a bit thin, but overall, I hav

Great hotel to stay in nice clean rooms and a good location. We were there for a business meeting. Staff were friendly. Ridi was an amazing help!!! Only note I will share is we were there unknowingly durning a football game. Valet next day was an absolute nightmare. They shut off the phones so you can’t call for your car. This created a hoard of people in the lobby and outside waiting for their cars. You are forced to stand in line outside for over an hour waiting to reach the widow with one si

I somehow found myself at the Hyatt Regency Dallas… not by choice, but because the hotel gods decided everything else in the city should be sold out. The place is massive, the kind of hotel where you might need a GPS just to find your room. I had a bad back, so every trip to the lobby felt like a mini pilgrimage. But to be fair, that’s on me, not them. Parking? Let’s just say it was far enough to qualify as a workout. The second time I stayed, they decided self parking was optional… for them, n

I did not stay in the hotel. Was there for a training and during the lunch break we ate at the Centennial. So this score is for the restaurant. Our orders came out wrong along with many others. We spoke with a young lady manager and she just tried to pacify the situation. It took about an hour for us to get our corrected food. We spoke with the head manager AJ Redinger. Which he gets 5 STARS for handling the situation, very professionally. Once we spoke with him he had our food out in 5 minut
