First off, the staff here was fantastic! The location is great and I tried 3 different rooms including one of their balcony rooms overlooking the roaring river! The rooms are very clean and tidy. Very good value for the dollar!

We stayed two nights at the end of our 3 weeks Ecuador journey. We got a room facing the river with the wall being out of glass - what an amazing view. I loved the sound of the river during my sleep. The service at the reception and the restaurant was extraordinary. There are so many little beautiful details in the hotel. We had delicious dinner and breakfasts at the restaurant. The hotel is perfectly located at the beginning of the historical center. I can highly recommend this hotel.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in early September. Hotel Victoria is a very classy and wonderful Hotel! The welcome little tray in the room was a warm way to start our stay. The staff is very professional and always at service with the best attitude. El Jardín restaurante is absolutely delicious for dinner and wonderful breakfasts as well. Daniel, the owner, made sure we are well attended at all times and it was such a joy to hear his stories and advice about how to get around in the beautiful C
