Doménica and Juan Daniel provided great customer service, always professional and very very helpful. The rooms are a bit small but if you can book the family room is worth it! Beautiful room. Breakfast is good but at times slow so keep that in mind for your plans. Beautiful hotel and great location will stay again

We stayed 6 nights and loved it. Rooms either have windows overlooking the inner courtyard or outside. For air flow recommend outside window as it can get stuffy at night. Good service, lots of hellos and eye contact. Breakfast has both a buffet and a menu you can pick from. Ask for menu as we didn’t figure out we had that option till near end of stay. Central walkable location in old city and quiet at night. Was concerned about restaurant in courtyard being noisy but was lucky there were not e
