Room: Grand Deluxe King with Balcony and River View I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Royal Hoi An. The service here is truly exceptional; the staff is attentive and takes care of you from start to finish. I especially appreciated that even though my room rate didn't technically include a turndown service, the team provided it every single night regardless. Stayed from January 7th to 10th 2026. Staff were very accommodating and communicative. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Food was solid (breakfast), only issue would be the morning breakfast that was included would be overcrowded and we would have to wait for a table, but that is not always a bad thing. It means people actually enjoy the food of this hotel. The cleanliness of the pool, lobby, room and restaurant are reasons I would recommend this hotel.
