I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Puerto. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was simple but well taken care of—exactly what you need for a relaxing stay. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable but few things I didnt like that made the stay uncomfortable. 1) in 2 out of 3 rooms we rented the toilets were not working properly. One required it to be filled with a bucket. 2) they do not clean their beach. We stayed here because we wanted a beach front, payed the price of a beach front hotel and we couldn't use it. In theory, it’s a really nice hotel with a cosy pool bar. Buuuut… I can’t understand why they don’t remove the seaweed (sargassum) from the beach like their neighbors do. It smells quite bad because of that, and a bit of effort would make a huge difference. We ended up using the beach bar at Mystique Beach next door — maybe just stay there directly.
