This review will have to go pro and con. The Nikko is a lux hotel. We came at a bad time. The pool is being fixed and the there are upgrades being done on the 22 floor. Pros Hotel Staff super helpful and friendly The valet service is fast. My car did feel secure there The room has coffee maker with coffee pods & tea bags The fridge is fully stocked The bed is very comfortable. The decorations in the room were great. The gym is gorgous. Throughout our stay, from the moment of arrival to departure, the hotel provided an outstanding experience, certainly deserving of a ten-star rating. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed linens were of the highest quality. The view was truly spectacular, and the room offered exceptional comfort, especially at night. We enjoyed cocktails at the on-site restaurant on several occasions, and each experience was delightful. I wholeheartedly recommend including their breakfast option when making
