Very nice place to stay with kids and family. Everyone was very respectful, polite and treated all of us very nicely. The room had a great space. Many options for kids and adults (hot pool, gym, Pilates room, ping pong table, snooker table, game room, tennis courts, soccer court, kids’s room activities). Food at the hotel was a little expensive though (they charge in dollars). Besides that everything was great!

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks during an ITF tennis tournament. The staff was excellent—though only a few spoke English, they did their best to communicate, and translation apps helped when needed. My Spanish is basic, but the experience motivated me to learn more and connect with the friendly people there. The room was quiet, clean, and had perfectly functioning air conditioning. The tennis courts were impeccably maintained, thanks to the hardworking staff, even in dry or rainy condition
